It was a busy week last week. Started off with an evening visit to Pensarn Beach. I've cycled past this beach a few times and the Groynes always caught my attention, they seemed larger and more of them than usual. Not sure if I managed to capture what I had in my mind but it made a reasonable 'sunset shot'
The week finished off on Sunday, I was looking for inspiration so just got in my car and drove, I usually scout an area first or have a good idea of what I want to photograph. I thought I would head off towards Snowdonia but not take the usual route via the A55. I took the back roads via Abergele and ended up stopping at a cafe in Capel Curig. Firstly I can highly recommend the café - Moel Siabod Cafe, it's also the only real place to park as directly opposite is a bridge that takes you to wonderful views of Snowdonia and the Afon Llugwy Tributary
